Every card is 0.8 mm stainless steel in the CR80 format (85.6 × 54 mm), the size of a bank card, and weighs 25–30 g. The price is a one-time price for the card itself.

What comes with every metal business card
Laser engraving
The design is not printed but engraved into the metal with a laser. The engraving is permanent, with sub-millimeter precision, and there is no ink layer to wear off.
NFC chip and QR code
Every card has a programmed NXP NTAG 215 chip and a QR code on the back. NFC works with iPhone 7 and newer (iOS 14+) and every Android phone with NFC; the QR code covers the rest.
No app
The profile opens straight in the phone's browser. Neither you nor the person you meet has to install anything.
Made in Bulgaria
We design and make the cards in Bulgaria. Delivery within Bulgaria is free and takes 3–5 business days.
The card is yours for good. The profile changes when you decide.
The chip and the QR code open your digital profile: phone, email, social links, websites and a save-contact button. New phone or new job title? Edit the profile and the change is live at once, no new card needed.

We engrave and program it
We make the card in Bulgaria, laser-engrave it and program the NFC chip to your profile.

Free delivery within Bulgaria in 3–5 business days.
Quality guarantee: if the card is defective, engraved wrong or lost in delivery, we reprint it or refund you within 14 days of delivery. The chip and the engraving carry a lifetime guarantee against defects.

How much do metal business cards cost?
Black, silver, gold and rose gold metal cards cost €44.90, and the white metal card with a ceramic coating is €49.90. The price is a one-time price for the card itself. The digital profile the card opens is €19.90 a year. We also make wooden cards for €40.00.
What metal are the cards made of?
0.8 mm stainless steel in the CR80 format (85.6 × 54 mm), the size of a bank card. One card weighs 25–30 g. The finishes are matte black, brushed silver, satin gold, rose gold and white ceramic.
How does the design get onto the metal?
By laser engraving. The laser cuts the name, job title and logo into the surface, so the engraving is permanent and does not wear off. The details in your digital profile can be changed at any time.
Do I need an app for the card to work?
No. A tap on a phone with NFC opens the profile straight in the browser. It works with iPhone 7 and newer (iOS 14+) and every Android phone with NFC switched on. For other phones there is a QR code on the back of the card.
How long does delivery take?
The cards are made in Bulgaria. Delivery within Bulgaria is free and takes 3–5 business days.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. Send the finished file to contact@discard.bg as a vector PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG. We check that the file suits laser engraving and confirm with you before production.
What happens if I change my phone number or job?
The card stays the same. You edit the digital profile and the change shows up on the next tap, no new card needed.
